Ordering & Quotation
Send the product type or catalogue model, size or packed dimensions, estimated quantity, printing needs and destination country. If the size is uncertain, describe what you plan to pack.
Most bags and mailers start at 500 pieces for eligible specifications. Honeycomb paper starts at 500 rolls. Thermal labels start at 500 units; confirm whether the quoted unit is a roll or fanfold pack and how many labels it contains.
Select Multiple products on the enquiry form, then list each product, size and quantity in the requirements field. Minimum quantities apply to each product, not to the combined enquiry total.
Samples are free. Preparation can take as little as 3 days after specifications and artwork are confirmed. The delivery target is within 7 days of confirmation, depending on destination. Confirm the sample type and shipping arrangements, including any delivery charges, before dispatch.
We accept T/T (bank transfer or wire transfer). Payment details and the agreed order terms are included in your quotation.

Product Specifications
Dimension labels differ by product. Mailer listings identify outer dimensions; ask for usable inner space and tolerance before confirming a close fit.
Custom dimensions can be discussed for selected products. Provide the required size and quantity so production feasibility can be checked.
Poly mailers suit many lightweight, non-fragile goods. Bubble mailers add an internal cushioning layer. Test the complete pack with the actual product and shipping method.
Food suitability depends on the exact material structure, contents and destination market. Request product-specific compliance documents before ordering for food use.

Printing & Materials
Logo printing is available for selected products. Provide artwork, desired colors, print coverage and quantity for a product-specific review.
Welltroy offers a free initial design draft within 24 hours after receiving a clear packaging and artwork brief. Complex requirements may need additional discussion.
Supply a Pantone or other color reference. Matching depends on the substrate and print process; request a physical approval reference where color accuracy matters.
Request the material composition and relevant test documents for the exact product. Recycling and disposal routes depend on local facilities and regulations.
Yes. You can attach your logo, reference images or customization brief to the Request a Quote form. Upload up to 3 files, with a combined size of 10 MB or less. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, WEBP, PDF, AI, PSD, DOCX, XLSX, TXT and CSV. For larger files, email info@welltroy.com to arrange sharing and include your enquiry reference if available.
FAQ 04
Production & Delivery
Bulk production typically takes about 15–20 days after payment. Confirm the schedule for your product, printing and quantity in the final quotation.
Include the destination country or port with your enquiry. Available shipping arrangements and terms can then be confirmed with the quotation.
Confirm dimensions, material, print artwork, colors, quantity, packing details and agreed shipping terms in writing.
